Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a late cancellation fee [£10] which will be either invoiced to your email/number provided or charged to your previous used card.
• If you have joined our membership service a free 7 day cancellation grace period is granted, after 7 days a cancellation fee applies [£30].
• No-shows will be charged the full session amount and won't receive a refund.

2. Health and Safety
• Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.
• The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if the treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

3. Appointment Time
• Please note 60 min booking is appox 55 min treatment time.
• Please note 90 min booking is approx 85 min treatment time.

4. Client Conduct
• Professional behaviour is expected at all times.
• Inappropriate conduct (verbal, physical, or otherwise) will result in immediate termination of the session, no refund and possible ban from future bookings.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due after the time of service if not already paid for via our online booking system.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple and Google Pay.

6. Gift Cards & Packages
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable - Please book using the name of the client undertaking treatment.
• Expiry dates will be clearly stated and must be adhered to.

All personal data is stored securely, either electronically or in paper form, and is accessible only to authorised individuals.

Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law or where necessary to protect your health or safety. We never sell your data.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time where applicable.
